Jen Cheng graduated from the Hong Kong Art School-"High Diploma in Communication Design (Graphic Design)" and studied art and design at the Ontario College of Art & Design in Toronto, Canada. She is currently a graphic designer and promoter. She has loved art and design since she was a child, and has her own unique perspective and aesthetic vision. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of graphic design. She was the Promotion Officer of "Big Honor Entertainment" and has accumulated extensive experience in publicity, as well as tasks such as artist management, project coordination, production, stage management, and other activities. Founded in 2014, the J.A.C. Creative & Design Group brand sells its own design sneakers and different types of shoes.

In the year 2020, Jen Cheng joined as one of the teammates in the Hong Kong Arts Center's new program - The HKAC Ambassador Scheme (Education Stream). This program aims at engaging the community in supporting the HKAC's vision of promoting contemporary art in Hong Kong, as well as to serve as a platform for connecting the HKAC with the general public in sharing valuable arts-related knowledge & inspiration.

Jen Cheng 畢業於香港藝術學院 -「傳意設計高級文憑（平面設計）」，曾於加拿大多倫多Ontario College of Art & Design修讀藝術與設計，現為平面設計師及Promoter。從小熱愛藝術與設計，在藝術設計方面擁有獨特的見解及審美眼光，直至現在已有十多年平面設計經驗。此外，Jen Cheng亦曾任職「大名娛樂」Promotion Officer 一職，對宣傳方面等工作亦累積了不少經驗，如藝人管理、項目統籌、製作、舞台及其他活動等等。2014年成立J.A.C. Creative & Design Group 品牌售賣自家設計波鞋及不同種類鞋款。

Jen Cheng在2020年加入了香港藝術中心的一個新項目—「香港藝術中心藝術大使計劃」 支持及幫助 HKAC 推廣宣傳香港當代藝術的願景，該計劃是HKAC與多位藝術大使一起成立的一個平台，計劃是想鼓勵社區群眾聯繫起來一起參與不同關於藝術的活動，通過活動並分享相關的藝術知識和靈感，令公眾更加認識香港藝術。
